The Process

What Happens To Your Wheels?

  1. The ProcessEither send us your wheels, leave your car in our secure facility, or we can come and collect your alloys from you.
  2. The tyres are then carefully removed from the rims.
  3. The wheels are then submersed in to a special chemical strip process to remove all the grime and old paint from the rim. This takes the wheel back to the metal so that a proper and long lasting finish can be applied.
  4. The wheels are media blasted to remove any remaining corrosion
  5. If required, the wheeks are then machined and welded on a copy lathe to remove and large chips / scrapes
  6. All wheels are then painted using powder coat methods. This is the strongest, most cost effective finish that can be applied to your wheels. They are then oven baked for a lasting finish which will prevent any future corrosion. All wheels come with a 12month guarantee.
  7. Wheels are then diamond cut where required.
  8. Finally, your tyres get refitted onto the rims and correctly balanced. We can also fit new tyres if you wish.
